Abstraction

The export value of goods from Aceh Province in December 2019 experienced an increase when compared to November 2019, which amounted to 28,037,807 USD or an increase of 14.65 percent.

The import value of Aceh Province in December 2019 was recorded at 3,212,182 USD, this value has increased by 2.29 percent compared to November 2019.

Aceh's trade balance in December 2019 experienced a surplus of 24,825,625 USD, or an increase of 16.47 percent when compared to the previous month.

The percentage of the total export value of commodities from Aceh Province which were exported through other provinces in December 2019 was 42.27 percent of the total commodity exports from Aceh Province amounting to 28,037,807 USD.

In December 2019 the number of passengers registered at Sultan Iskandar Muda airport reached 89,903 people, or decreased by 3.78 percent compared to November 2019. In total in Aceh Province, the number of passengers in December 2019 reached 102,030 people, experiencing a decrease compared to November 2019 of 4.66 percent.

International passengers departing from Aceh Province through Sultan Iskandar Muda airport in December 2019 were 12,943 people, an increase of 6.00 percent compared to November 2019. International passengers arriving in December 2019 were 12,723 people, a decrease of 3, 77 percent compared to November 2019.

The highest number of sea transport passengers in December 2019 were at Ulee Lheue port, which was recorded at 100,420 passengers, an increase of 52.35 percent compared to November 2019. In total in Aceh Province, the number of passengers in December 2019 reached 207,416 people, an increase by 38.72 percent compared to November 2019.

The number of foreign tourists (tourists) entering through the arrivals gate in Aceh Province in December 2019 was 6,237 people or an increase of 49.71 percent compared to November 2019. The number of foreign tourists cumulatively (January - December 2019) was 34,465 people, an increase of 3.57 percent over the same period in 2018.

The Room Occupancy Rate (TPK) of starred hotels in Aceh Province in December 2019 was 40.09 percent decreased by 10.26 points compared to November 2019, while the ROR for other accommodations in December 2019 was 29.14 percent, an increase of 1 , 59 points compared with November 2019.
