Abstract

• The year-on-year (y-on-y) inflation rate of Aceh Tamiang Regency in August 2024 was 0,87 percent, with a Consumer Price Index (CPI) of 106,74.

• Inflation was shown by an increase in the food, beverage and tobacco group by 1.52 percent; clothing and footwear group by 0.72 percent; household equipment, equipment and routine maintenance group by 0.84 percent; health group by 0.63 percent; transportation group by 0.52 percent; information, communication, and financial services group by 0.36 percent; recreation, sports, and culture groups by 1.86 percent; education group by 4.78 percent; food and beverage/restaurant provision group by 0.78 percent; and the personal care and other services group by 0.03 percent.

• The month-to-month (m-to-m) inflation rate of Aceh Tamiang Regency in August 2024 was 0.63 percent, and the year-to-date (y-to-d) inflation in February 2024 was 0.57 percent.
