Aceh Tamiang Regency experienced inflation of 1.65 percent in January 2025

Abstract

In January 2025 there was year on year (y-on-y) inflation in Aceh Tamiang Regency of 1.65 percent with a Consumer Price Index (CPI) of 107.84.

Y-on-y inflation occurred due to price increases as indicated by the increase in most expenditure group indices, namely: the food, beverage and tobacco group by 7.39 percent; clothing and footwear by 0.60 percent; household supplies, equipment and routine maintenance group by 0.96 percent; health group by 0.58 percent; transportation group by 0.26 percent; information, communication and financial services group by 0.17 percent; recreation, sports and culture group by 0.26 percent; education group by 5.14 percent; and personal care and other services group by 2.82 percent.

The month to month (m-to-m) and year to date (y-to-d) deflation rates in Aceh Tamiang Regency in January 2025 were 0.17 and 0.17 percent, respectively.
